DataContractGate (“the Service”) is operated by NightMoose, Inc. (“NightMoose”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NightMoose, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The open-source components of DataContractGate are licensed under their respective open-source licenses.
3. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
4. Subscriptions, Automatic Renewal & Cancellation
Automatic renewal. Paid plans (such as Growth) are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose, and continue until you cancel. By starting a paid plan or free trial, you authorize us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method the then-current price for each renewal period, plus any applicable taxes.
Current prices. Growth is $299 per month when billed monthly, or $249 per month billed annually as a single charge of $2,988 per year. The price, billing interval, and renewal terms for your plan are shown on the pricing page and on the Stripe checkout page before you confirm.
Free trials. If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged the plan price on the day the trial ends, and on each renewal date after that.
How to cancel. You can cancel online at any time from the Account page under Billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal, or by emailing datacontractgate@nightmoose.com. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your paid features remain available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Price and term changes. We will notify you by email before any change to the price or renewal terms of your subscription takes effect, and you may cancel before the change applies.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NightMoose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
6. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
